Consider a career here if you:

Have a passion for access to justice: Even when the going gets tough, you know that refugee claimants and other unprotected people must be given their voice and an opportunity to be safe. You will go home knowing you are literally saving lives! What a great feeling!

Have some serious skills: We are on a mission to ensure every possible hurdle to protection and thriving is overcome through excellence, expertise, and empathy. Bring your first-class skills from inside or outside the charitable sector. We will keep you at the top of your game with challenging work and professional development opportunities.

Enjoy solid, reciprocal relationships: COMPASS is all about people. We have helped over 13,000 people over the years and many of them think of us as the second family that welcomed and valued them. That is because we do way more than provide services. We enter into relationships, share the journey together, and learn so much from each other.
