In 2019, the United Nations declared that we are in a world that no longer knows how to make peace. The upheavals of this generation have wreaked havoc. More people have been forced out of their homes and scattered across the nations than at any other time in history.
COMPASS began as a group of people who knew what it took to make peace and were willing to do so. It was not about big programs and expensive agendas. It was a willingness to form relationships, to welcome one or two people at a time to family dinner tables, and to find ways to meet very practical needs. It was about sharing the love of God and letting God decide the outcomes.
